1. My rating is based on the lack of communication upon check-in, the desk staff and the issue with the water shut off.

7. He did not tell me the following, even though I specifically enquired about some of these issues:1) Even if the hotel has availabililty, they may not honor your requested dates because only a few rooms are available for this 'special offer'.
