1. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, however the entire suite was very, worn and dated.

After being charged to change the dates of the reservation, and be over charged to extend it by 2 more days, No honors points, really poor service, and listening to the conversations thru the walls of the shoe box sized room we were put in, we had to endure the 2 hour high pressure sales presentation.

5. I was unable to use my vacation package because they wouldn't offer the dates I requested, after I already booked my flights based on the sales person telling me that would not be a problem.

7. He did not tell me the following, even though I specifically enquired about some of these issues:1) Even if the hotel has availabililty, they may not honor your requested dates because only a few rooms are available for this 'special offer'.

10. My only minor criticism was that this is a slightly more dated HGV than some of the others i have stayed in but that was more than compensated by staff attention.
