5. Some have complained that you can only park from the fourth level and up, but who cares? There is an elevator in there, so what does it matter? I don't think a hotel quest should pay for parking, but unfortunately that is more the norm these days.

10. It is unfortunate that they fail to look after persons like us who have this resort as their so called ' home resort' and on this 7 nights stay, we were let down by Hilton.
