9. Although the room was small (tiny in fact), it was clean , quite and it had everything we needed, the small kitchenette a nice bonus.

10. It does have a 24 hr mini-grocery with a coffee shop/deli, but if your expecting a sit-down meal (especially breakfast for me), that can't happen here, unless you want to eat a breakfast sandwich and sit at a tiny table in the hallway like a refugee.
