1. They were pleasant enough and not rude when we told them we don't usually fork out a significant amount of cash after hearing a sales pitch in a couple of hours.

7. The valet pull in area($13 day) unable to call ahead for your car- must present ticket to counter, inconvenient- however the staff here was pretty good (of course tipping is smart with this service) -Waiters by the grill and pool area- Very slow and rude.

9. One time we cam from the Luxor and had been treated rudely there and we drove up to the valet at HGVC on the strip and they were so friendly talking/playing with my kids and over the top friendly to our entire group.
