3. For a building opened in 2008, I'm surprised I'd be mentioning the wear and tear this Condo Building (note that this building is built on Condo concept, not so much hotel) has begun exhibiting, maybe it was just our room.

4. The property, however, especially the rooms are showing some wear-&-tear; such as missing tiles on the floor moulding, silicon caulking molded/missing in both the shower & bathtub, stains on carpet, etc.
