1. We are patient people, but the smell was starting to get to us and we were hoping our clothes wouldn't start to have the same stench.

2. Long story short is the smell was not subsiding, the front desk staff didn't seem to believe us and we went out that night, slept in the stinky room and finally demanded to be moved at 10am the next morning.

6. The major problems are a lack of cleanliness (there were cookie crumbs all over the armrest of the sofa in our room, which made us wonder about the rest), a strong chemical smell in the hallways at all times, and the complete lack of amenities in the room.

7. Any negatives? Well, the second bathroom needed an evalauation for a water leak, something did not quite smell right but I could not locate the source.
