1. I have just go back from staying at the Palms Place in a Studio Room and it was a very nice stay so please don't let all the negative comments put you off.

2. The only negative, which is a pain for Palms all together is it is kind of far from most other hotels and nightspots on the strip.

3. The only negative thing about the Palms Place is the the $25 fee they charge when you use any of their spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, fitness center).

4. Any negatives? Well, the second bathroom needed an evalauation for a water leak, something did not quite smell right but I could not locate the source.

6. Overall, I would stay here again, it's kind of a nice get a-way from all the craziness going down on the strip, with that said, the only negative thing I have to say is because it's off the strip, it was inconvenient to take a cab into the strip every day, costs approx.

7. Lamps with missing knobs, rotted caulking on the tub, a locked balcony door, and a general lack of attention to detail by housekeeping were negatives for me.

8. The hotel is immaculate, bedroom, bathroom, Shower, flat screen TVs, View, is ALL superb, only negative really is the walk from the tower I was on to the pool or casino.

9. The only negative was that there were two large balconies that each had there own sliding door but they were permanently locked because patrons have thrown things from the balconies.
