1. ' What, as opposed to making me share with him? Not only was the double booking unacceptable but they didn't offer anything by way of restitution or apology except for the offhanded 'sorry' while she pulled her personal cell phone off the charger to check it.

3. ) They do have a habit of trying to pass off a smoking room as non smoking which I find unacceptable as a diamond member as HHonors.
