2. Also, both locks on the balcony door (6th floor) were broken which was a bit of an issue as we have a 3 year old.

3. When we arrived to our room the sofa cushions were overturned, and a few of the dresser drawers were open, the toilet seats were up, there was only 1 remote control for 3 TVs, the dishwasher was broken, and we were missing a dining room chair.
