1. The lackadaisical service continued with breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant and with my bill, where they added additional charges after I checked out and I had to call them to get an updated receipt for my expense report instead of them just automatically emailing it to me like other hotels do.

2. The only thing is that the pool was exceptionally nasty, the jacuzzi far to hot for safety and the restaurant downstairs is too expensive for such bland fare.

7. I want to commend the evening restaurant staff their attentiveness was great (although we were the only ones in the restaurant, probably because its very expensive), they need to work on the breakfast staff though (need more smiles).
