5. Hotel Services - My friend was getting married and the food for our bridal luncheon was an hour late - with all of the orders wrong; later that day we had appetizers and drinks prior to the wedding and that was all late and the drinks didn't come until an hour later.

7. They literally pointed me in the wrong direction and then when I came back to their windowed office, they wouldn't get up to open the window until I knocked on it, even though they clearly saw me standing there.
