3. My only complaint with the spa was the girl at the front desk showed me to the locker room then just left me there without explaining where to go or what to do with the clipboard she tossed in my locker.

7. I went back to the front desk and the lady there was completely rude to me said I could voice my complaint to the manager the next moring at 7:30am.
