1. Our 14th floor room was nicely sized; probably my only complaint is that there are insufficient outlets for all the gadgets travelers bring these days.

6. My only two complaints are the housekeeping starts cleaning the rooms very early.

7. Our only complaint would be that we were out all day and came back to get ready for dinner and found housekeeping there around 5:00pm - the hotel needs to have some door knob hangers so that guests can indicate when the room is ready to be cleaned.
