1. The only real downside is that there is literally nothing around the hotel, so you'll either need to rent-a-car or befriend a cab driver.

5. The only downside I noticed was that the pool was still being renovated at Thanksgiving, so if you're looking for that amenity, you may want to call first to see if it's done.
