1. Pros:-Very clean rooms (& I checked for bed bug detritis cuz I'm paranoid like that)-Super comfy bed-Mini fridge & microwave in the room, and laundry on site just in case.

2. When I told the person working at the desk that there were bed bugs in the room he didn't want me to show him, he just told me he would give me a refund.

3. I immediately noticed small black specks on the mattress which I know is a sign of bed bugs, so I pulled the mattress pad back farther and sure enough there were three bed bugs on the mattress.
