4. What's missing? I can only be nit-picky, but they have conditioning shampoo, but not shampoo and conditioner (my hair really needs the separate conditioner) and the maid ervice 'overcleans' the room (tossed out the soaps I used only once, which I would have been happy to use another day, if you can even call that a complaint?)If you don't mind being 5 miles out of the city center, I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

7. Our only two complaints about our stay were that the water was super soft, and it felt like you were never able to rinse the soap off.

8. As for the few complaints I've read - is it reasonable to complain about a toilet that clogged after your family had occupied the room for a day and was fixed in a timely manner? I'm an interior designer and 5'2', and, no, the sink is not too high -- that's where we put sinks now unless it's a dedicated kids' bathroom - it's better for your back.
