1. the room was average size, clean, beds comfy, staff OK but nothing special, nor was the continental breakfast (but we weren't expecting much), & close to restaurants (tip bring your own towels, theirs were very uncomfortable, nothing soft about them at all).

2. Dirty, dingy, extremely loud a/c (difficult to sleep with), the entry door locked but was really loose, super old gross bedding/uncomfortable/didn't want to use their sheets/blankets, when we turned the light off all it did was flicker until we unplugged it.

3. when we reported an uncomfortable bed, the maintenance man arrived within minutes, diagnosed the problem then offered us the room next door because the bed in our current room needed repair.
