1. I asked several times about mold because it was one of the issues I had read about, I was again assured it was free of mold.

Ok i generally dont mind motels and basic room however Our first room was dirty with stained sheets, and we found hairs in the bed plus during the night had creaking noises all night from above, in the morning I found , mouse droppings on the floor this was the last straw I complained and was straight away moved to another room as I told them the issues.
