1. I let them know ahead of time my husband has cancer and my mom has breathing problems, again the stated nothing of the sort could be found.

2. When we first checked in we didn't think it was too bad, it's only after you have spent a little time in there that you notice all of the problems.

3. The room was clean when we got there and we hung out the Do Not Disturb sign during our visit and never had a problem.

4. when we reported an uncomfortable bed, the maintenance man arrived within minutes, diagnosed the problem then offered us the room next door because the bed in our current room needed repair.
