1. But for what I paid for this well sized room I couldn't complain, the beds weren't top notch but they didn't sag and they didn't squeak so i was happy.

3. Ok i generally dont mind motels and basic room however Our first room was dirty with stained sheets, and we found hairs in the bed plus during the night had creaking noises all night from above, in the morning I found , mouse droppings on the floor this was the last straw I complained and was straight away moved to another room as I told them the issues.

4. (To the bitter dude who wrote the review beneath me, I have a feeling that you read the July review where the people complained and got a room upgrade and refund and you were expecting the same.

5. After complaining for over an hour and going back and forth with the front desk, they gave us a cheap roll away bed, but returned it and just asked for extra blankets.

6. Initially our room's AC was not working we went down to reception for complaining about the same but the reply we got was ' There is no one here right now for the service and i cant leave reception.
