1. The room itself which was booked through RCI as a timeshare booking was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.

5. My daughter was sick one night and we got the worst service from the maid, like it was our fault she had to come in and change the bedding To top it off, we had double the pre-auths on our credit cards for the 2 weeks we there, i had to have visa give me a temp increase for credit.
