1. Larry at the front desk was quick to respond and the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes - I should have called earlier.

3. So I was not too pleased with my stay for that reason, but I'm assuming it won't be an issue for all, so here's the rest of my review.

4. With this visit, when we went to check in we were informed that b/c of a maintenance issue, we did not have a room avail, but that reservations were already made for us at another hotel only about 5 mins away.

6. Rented a hybrid so gas wasn't as much of an issue as it would have normally been, if staying at this hotel and want to do more than disney highly reccomend a hybrid.
