1. When we called down to the front desk, they said that they have been notifying the police about he noise violation, but the problem was sitll continuing beyond their control.

2. The only problem at all this trip was that an indrustrial dry cleaning facility that is nearby made an excessive amount of noise that began at about 5:30 on about half the days that we stayed there.

Each time, it was claimed that security would fix the problem and each time nothing happened until the last time when we suggested that perhaps we should go up and politely ask them to be quiet and were told that if we did so, it would be considered a serious matter and WE would be ejected from the hotel.

9. I reported the problems and a guy from maintenance come up within five minutes and fixed them.

10. When I first arrived there was a few problems (created by the last guest; they'd left the safe locked and set a parental control on the TV and left that locked).
