3. Seperate seating area with a sofa that I didn't trust to sit on without a sheet, it didn't look dirty but its one of those fabrics that hide dirt so you don't see what you're getting yourself into.

5. After all the news on infectious diseases and Swine Flue, I was amazed to see that housekeeping still washed coffee mugs, plastic drinking cups and coffee pot in the bathroom sink using cold water and a dirty wet cloth.
