1. The room had a balcony, but it was useless unless you were comfortable with the smoke smell and the staff staring at you while you sat out there (if there were seats- more on that next).

6. We called the front desk, and they moved us to another room in the other tower (the better tower with the nicer rooms that is closer to the management desk ,FYI), which was lovely, smelled wonderful and clean, and had an overall newer, more comfortable feeling.
