1. It can get crowded during the early morning and late at night, but the rest of the day it wasn't a problem.

3. Decent room with mini fridge, no microwave, had a problem hooking up My ps3 to their jack pack, they called the engineer who assured me it wouldn't work, needless to day the hdmi for the jack pack wasn't plugged in, once he pulled the fridge and was able to get My ps3 to work.

4. I thought on the 14th floor it would not be a problem but heard music and laughter/talking from the pool area at least for one hour after we went to bed.
