1. I travel extensively around the globe and will not stand for poor customer service when there are so many other fine Hotels with very gracious, courteous and helpful staff.

2. I probably would stay there again because the value for the room is so high - we have stayed in some smaller hotels near the entrance, but they are around the same price and poor quality in my opinion.
