1. The major downside is that hotel is directly off the freeway and is loud all hours of the day/night.

5. The only downside to the hotel is the location of it, the highway noise is pretty loud, which was a little too much right when we got there and made me second guess staying there but after awhile we didn't really hear it anymore.

6. We did walk to the restaurants a couple of times and though it wasn't 'horrible' it was time consuming and did put a downside on going out if we didn't want to call a taxi.

10. Only (very minor) downside on the staff was that an otherwise very pleasant and helpful young woman at the front desk didn't follow through on something she was going to do, but that was definitely the exception.
