1. The only complaint that we had was that on the night before we left there was some type of formal party for college age kids.

5. My only two complaints would have to be the sink pressure, it was so ridiculous, you would turn on the sink and try to wash your hands but it would just splash in your face.

8. It took a while to figure out the A/C control to get the room at a good temperature but I have absolutely no complaints.

9. I've seen complaints on here about them but we've never had a bad experience - in fact they've found a way to accommodate each of our requests including changing room categories on one occasion.

10. Our only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower could have had a little more volumne and a little higher temp although we able to shower somewhat comfortably.
