1. We booked the hotel through an airline package for a very good price, so we had set our expectations fairly low expecting a little freeway noise and possibly dated interiors.

Plusses - large room, contemporary decor, cheap price, close to Disneyland (10 minute walk), not as noisy as reviews suggestMinuses - small and dated bathrooms, charge for parking, almost no luggage carts, no free breakfast, free internet did not work in our room (and they weren't surprised when I complained but they haven't fixed the problem), housekeeping banging on the door late at night waking us up.

5. The rooms are ok, no Microwave or fridge, and they are dated, the updates which consisted of a paint job and new counter seemed a bit messy overall, but let's face it, we were here for Disneyland, so I didn't mind.

8. It is an obvious attempt, as a dated hotel, trying to be something hip.

9. I didn't quite understand that because they knew the dates I was coming and that I wanted a refrigerator -- how much more 'first come' do they want? So when we got there I said I had requested one a few months ago when we made our reservations and they told us it was first come, first serve.
