5. The A/C was an old noisy unit and the two rollaway beds brought to my room were terrible(the first was completely unacceptable with coils sticking out of the mattress, and the second was a plastic mattress that was also uncomfortable).

8. I know the hotel wants to make money on pay-per-view films, but honestly, the reception on the channels was so terrible why would anyone bother? We spent a good 20 minutes just trying to figure out how to get the volume up to a hearable level on the set, since again, the menu's were disabled.
