9. The process to upgrade the rooms started 2 years ago and our room must have been one of the first to get upgraded to 'premium', because it seems dated and not very spacious to me.

10. We have never had any problems, other than getting the room we wanted on a specific date due to someone beat us to book it which I feel is NOT the hotel's fault other than the fact the hotel has some very nice rooms with great views which other people like as much as we do.
