1. We called the front desk to complain and they told us that in the morning we could move to a new room and in fact, they would upgrade us.

2. I witnessed an incredibly irritated lady complain about housekeeping not cleaning up her room before 3 PM and the desk staff handled it beautifully (seriously she was angry because someone didn't pick up her towels and make her bed.

5. The early morning breakfast was a nice touch and for those of you that have complained in the past about the size of the room yes it is small but there is no need to stay in there for any length of time so get what you want and leave which will create more room.

7. It's a Ramada, so get over yourself and don't expect the Ritz, but none of my Princesses complained.

9. We stayed in room 176 two nights, after night one my oldest daughter was complaining of bug bites and had several raised itchy bumps on her arms and legs.

10. The only thing I could complain about it the coffee they offer in the room, but there was a great little stand right outside the hotel that made awesome coffee, so that is of trivial importance.
