4. Our room you could tell by smell, new carpet, new bedding, was all brand new.

5. The carpets are disgusting, the bedding feels dirty, the room smelled like a musty old folks home, our faucets in the shower constantly dripped and after trying to tighten them as much as I could the entire tap screwed right off and then the water constantly ran.

10. I was impressed not only by their so close you can smell the popcorn location to Disneyland, but the kind staff that helped clear-up any crazy questions we had and who accomodated our request for a 4th room the day of our arrival.
