3. Provision of a few extra seats outdoors is simply not good enough, especially if you are (as we were) unfortunate enough to be eating on an unseasonably cold and drizzly morning.

4. For one, if it's a kids bed there should be that kind of hair there and two, was the bed even washed? At that point I started calling other hotels, but unfortunately everyone was booked for that night so we had no choice but to stay there.

5. after spending hours walking around at Disney, we were really looking forward to getting in the hot tub to ease the aches, but unfortunately, it was more of a 'cold tub' the pool, while not especially warm, was actually warmer than the jacuzzi.
