3. It had a hole in the wall with a fan that was suppose to share the cool air of the main room and that barely worked so the kid's room actually stayed warm & stuffy with the moldy odor.

5. Our guess is that this dirt in the carpet is what was causing the mildew/moldy odor in the room, but it is hard to say for sure.
