1. While it is on a busy road, most of the hotel is set back far enough that you don't notice much noise.

2. As most people staying here are probably on their way to Disneyland, then tend to rise early and have very excited childrenn with them, adding even more to the overall noise of this hotel.

We were on the second floor, facing the back of the hotel - room was super hot when we checked in - issue in that no AC unit in back bedroom, only one in main room, and noisy little van to vent AC into back room - kids didnt seem to mind noise, but they were shot from day and probably could have slept through a fireworks show.

7. Add to this the perpetual noise from the car park (have the heard of double glazing?) and this is far from the most restful of motels in which to spend the evening.

8. The net result is that any noise from above sounds like a heard of elephants while you can quite literally hear every sound from the neighboring room (in our case it was so loud as to waken both children during the night).

10. We could occasionally hear our neighbors next door (during Game 7 of the NBA Finals) or above us, but considering how many families stay here, I did not have any concerns about noise.
