6. unfortunately, our room was located near the front of the hotel, and right next to a staircase, so we could hear lots of outside noise (cars, kids, etc.

8. When I requested moving rooms due to the pool noise, I was told that ALL the double rooms were around the pool, but that I could upgrade to a queen size suite for an extra $20 dollars a night, unfortunately, at $99, the hotel just isn`t worth it.

9. Nevertheless we would not stay here again, unfortunately it`s closeness to Disney ensures it is full most of the time and they do not need to make any effort to remedy problems.
