1. It is literally the closest lodging to Magic Kingdom possible, even more than the horrible, disappointing and overpriced Disney offerings (we stayed at the horrible, overpriced Grand Californian last time; see my TA review).

2. The only negative that struck me was upon check out nobody asked how our stay was or thanked us for our business - kinda disappointing costumer service but I guess that's the way the world is these days.

3. We certainly werent disappointed with what we got, it was pretty much what we expected & right about what we needed (somewhere to sleep - most of our waking hours were spent at nearby attractions.

8. The hotel does try to advertise their special accommodations, but we have been disappointed by the attitudes of the staff when asked to accommodate us.
