1. It was a pretty small room, one king bed and a pull out sofa all cramped together, it was decent no mold that I saw or dirty things no bed bugs.

3. Maybe a replacement is in order?? The bathroom looks newly updated with granite tops and nice tiles, but the wallpaper had some mildew around the shower and they skipped replacing the molding around the mirror and doors, opting to repaint over some defects.
