1. The elevator didn't always work so it made it difficult for using a stroller at times since we were on the 2nd floor.

4. My major complaint about this hotel is the parking; the hotel crams as many cars as possible into every available space and it is very difficult to get into or out of any parking area.

5. The problem is that the parking spaces are narrow, and is is difficult the get a van in and out of the spaces -- especially when there is another vehicle parked directly across along the north wall.
