5. inside it may lack a lot of the Disney touches that the Florida resorts have, but it will give you more of the Disney experience than some of the good neighbor hotels might.

8. The fact that it's so easy to walk home is awesome, but there are so many other things that are lacking on this property.

9. You can walk through the Grand Californian to get to either theme park and take advantage of the air conditioning, lovely shade trees, and lack of commercialism.
