1. There is a character breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it's my understanding it's the only character meal with Mickey - something to keep in mind if you want to avoid a long autograph line in one of the parks.

2. We had our own breakfast food with us in the room (there is a small refrigerator, but no microwave) so we managed to avoid the cost here.

5. Another nice perk of the Paradise Pier is that from our rooms we were able to view the World of Color show, and there is a channel on the TV which plays the music as the show is going on at night, so you can relax in your room and avoid the crowd and see the wonderful show, complete with music.

6. An easy 150$ for breakfast is what you should avoid, don't save on the room .

7. Just avoid them until after 9AM (wer were there 3 full days, 4 nights) and beat the after park rush or wait for it to subside - we did use the stairs a couple of times.
