1. I was prepared for horrible elevators after reading a few reviews.

2. I knew before going that the pool was closed, however I didnt know that there would be horribly loud construction starting at 6 am every morning and lasting until around 6 pm.

4. Lastly as I read on this site the Elevators were horrible - there were long waits and the elevators are just not big enough - most people are there with kids and strollers etc.

5. Also the showers were horrible (but they were sparkling clean) just no pressure at all - it wasn't relaxing and it actually became stressful trying to get the shampoo out because that's how bad the pressure was.

8. I really appreciated how This hotel went out their way to place us in a executive suite that came with beautiful park view which made this horrible experience tolerable.
