4. The rooms are average at BEST, with ok beds, terrible pillows (all of them are about as fluff as a piece of paper), and shower heads that are meant for midgets, along with something like a 15' old CRT TV.

5. Had terrible experience with unfriendly (rude is perhaps the proper description) staff at the Pizza Hut express located on the 3rd floor of the hotel.
