3. The staff were very helpful and friendly on check in but less so towards the end of our stay (different staff member) and we were often given conflicting information from different staff members which was frustrating.

4. As a business traveler, I was a bit disappointed with some of the more 'business' focused amenities-- WiFi access was free but incredibly slow, especially in the evenings; Disney fireworks at 9:30pm each night made relaxation or early bed times impossible before 10 (coming from the east coast, this was especially frustrating the first few days of my trip because of jet lag); no in-hotel restaurant, though Mimi`s was only a parking lot`s walk away (Mimi`s was also much preferred over Millie`s, the restaurant that`s 'belongs' to the Fairfield).
"Great for Disney visitors, but a bit of a disappointment for a business traveler " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/12/2008 Vote
5. When I arrived at the Fairfield after spending exhausting hours on busy LA freeways (that I am not used to) I was checked in by an extremely pleasant and efficient person, the famous cookies were avalable, the room was clean and cool - I felt like I had reached an oasis after a long hot frustrating day.
"Perfectly nice and good view of fireworks too " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/1/2008 Vote
6. Two of four elevators malfunctioned on the last day leading to some frustration among the hotel guests.
"Older hotel but comfortable " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/3/2005 Vote
