4. The clerk was downright rude about this, so I went to the off-site parking and the entire process took 45 minutes, and because they bring you back to the hotel, and would not take me to Disneyland, I didn't end up going at all and wasted 1 of my 3 days on the ticket I pre-purchased.

5. Now, the staff is incompetent, rude, and it is a hassle to deal with.

6. The only complaint we had was that the man working the front desk in the evening was a bit rude and unfriendly but the women working the day shift were really nice.

7. There were 6 of us in 2 rooms, we had requested adjoining rooms even called the morning we departed to request but was met with rude staff member(which we advised of when we arrived and they said they would follow up- never did) saying just wait till you get here.
