1. The TV channels were a bit of a challenge and might prove difficult for those who are not tech savvy.

5. I don't fault the hotel but it still was difficult dealing with a 1 year old while finding my own luggage carrier and taking her back to the car to park it, navigating a stroller along with a full luggage cart up the elevator.

9. It`s unfornate that both Disney and the City Of Anahiem have gotten greedy and make it difficult for hotel operators to offer shuttle services unless they pay up.

10. While the hotel is only across the street, an hourly shuttle would have been nice, since the person I was traveling with had a minor injury and crossing the street ( with the alloted signal crossing time was not possible) was difficult.
