Things we did not like: limited hours for the workout room (doesn't open until 7 am which is too late when you are trying to get an early start); dirty carpets; the worn bed in the room, the limited work space in the room; the fact they do not serve an 'early' breakfast for those wanting to make it to the Early Magic Hour mornings @ the park.

10. Maybe the rooms are bit well worn in parts (probably due to its popularity), but everything works is clean and comfortable, with some upstairs rooms near nice balcony areas with seats /plants (great if your a smoker, then no need to get a smoking room).
